About Snak Haus

The founder of Snak Haus came to Lenna Price Zitter with an idea for a new food truck in The District on 46. He had the operational and cooking chops, but needed help when it came to branding and digital marketing. Lenna hit the ground running to build a brand guide, including development of a logo and comprehensive physical and digital menus catered specifically to the buyer personas identified during the initial strategy and messaging call.

Challenge

He knew that he needed a brand and a marketing strategy to set Snak Haus up for success. As a solopreneur, the founder had limited resources to dedicate to start-up marketing costs, but that didn’t deter him from taking the leap into investing in the expert assistance he needed to be successful.

The Solution

With limited resources, Lenna worked to build the fundamental building blocks that could be expanded upon as Snak Haus continued to grow after its Summer 2022 launch. Starting with the design of a logo and brand guidelines, a full picture of the brand’s potential began to unfold.

After the logo was finalized, work immediately began on developing menus and a website presence ahead of their grand opening. The collateral was developed, menu pricing structures created, and a large visual menu was printed to attach to the outside of the food truck for prospective customers.

Since the initial launch, Lenna and Snak Haus have continued to work together to build a marketing strategy that scales as the business scales. With a menu expansion project on the horizon, and a focus on organic social media growth and search engine optimization, she’s excited to continue to work with Snak Haus during this period of explosive growth!
